Project Description:

This project includes maintenance and improvement (enhancing) on the Linknet ID website. The main goal of the project is to ensure the Linknet ID website is to function optimally, securely, and has new features that enhance the user experience.

Scope of Work:

1. Routine Maintenance:

   • Monitoring and troubleshooting the website regularly.

   • Safety updates and bug fixes.

   • Optimize website performance to ensure fast loading time.

2. Improved Features and Functionality:

   • Development of new features according to the needs of the Linknet ID business.

   • Additional API integration if needed.

   • Improvement of UI/UX to be more user-friendly.

3. Support and Documentation:

   • Provide technical support in accordance with the SLA (Service Level Agreement).

   • Technical documentation and periodic reports related to changes or improvements made.
